Nice low key cafe with good, straightforward food. Friendly and fast service, and the price per portion was good. Not the most elevated place but nice to grab a meal at.

My nose was running 3 bites into the wings they were so spicy but had a nice flavor. My okra dish I wasnt a fan of, my rice was cold and the nan was OK. I'll have to try again but not anytime soon.

The Chicken Chowmein is really good, with chopped veggies and chicken inside. Even I order HOT for spiciness, still not very spicy and totally acceptable. The soup is rich, and the chopped ingredients are all pan-fried, which I appreciate this added details. Garlic nann is also very delicious.

Yum!!! Chicken pakora, steamed chicken momo, saag paneer, and chicken tikka masala!! All so so excellent! Entrees were a little smaller than expected, but the flavor was amazing! I really liked the saag paneer. The paneer was so soft, and the spinach was really good too. The rice was also surprisingly good! Oh and the mango lassis— definite must order!

We tried Kantipur Cafe for the first time this weekend and it was great!! We ordered the vegetable samosa, chicken momo, chicken korma, and chicken kadhai. Everything was delicious!! Each dish had great flavor. You can also customize your spice level for the entrees. Great portions and value. The vegetable samosa order came with 2 large samosas. The chicken momo came with 8 pieces. We also received a nice variety of dipping sauces with our order. The entrees come with basmati rice. We ordered online and picked up. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. The restaurant still had their 15% off the entire menu promotion- not sure how long it will last. I can’t wait to order again!

(COVID 2021) I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. I went for the first time last weekend and was thrilled by both the food and the congenital service I received. The Chicken Tandoori Momos are wonderful - a heavenly combination of dumpling and Indian Tandoori. The only caution I'd give is to watch out for the spice! Medium doesn't play around and will leave you wanting some of their Raita! Update 2022: Momos and all the Nepalese food is fantastic, and while they do serve pizza and subs there are other great places in Cambridge to get those, stick with the specialties!
